We began by defining EMS's brand identity and positioning, ensuring it captured the event's unique appeal. Our comprehensive strategy combined targeted paid ads for direct conversions with an organic reach approach, utilizing influencer partnerships and frequent content uploads to build anticipation and FOMO.
Key collaborations with notable figures like Ronnie Coleman, Wesley Vissers, and Ulisses Jr. allowed us to leverage their vast audiences. These efforts were complemented by a paid advertising strategy, targeted to attract a niche following within the fitness community and expand its reach to a broader fitness audience. We continuously tested creatives, pricing, and discounts to optimize performance.

The debut edition of EMS became the largest powersports expo ever in the Netherlands, drawing crowds from over 29 countries to the RAI Amsterdam.
